A Brief History Of Clementon

Clementon is a small town at the center of Camden County New Jersey. Founded in 1919 it is home to the country’s oldest amusement park and was the town’s major economic driver in the beginning and middle of the 20th century. At only 2 square miles it is one of the smallest towns in New Jersey but it still contains 4 separate lakes and 150+ acres of preserved wilderness.
